Summary


I'm Fadhel — a Creative Director based in Indonesia with 12+ years directing work that lives in two worlds: the physical and the visual.

My practice spans spatial design, set and exhibition design, and brand identity — grounded in an architecture education and sharpened by an MBA in creative entrepreneurship. I don't just design deliverables; I build the logic that holds a brand together across every surface it occupies, from a stage to a screen to a printed page.

I work as a long-term creative partner for organizations that need someone to hold the vision, not just execute it — trusted by institutions, cultural bodies, and growth-stage companies across Indonesia and beyond. Past collaborators include the Asian Games 2018 Committee, SBM ITB, and 10+ brands across FMCG, retail, and entertainment.

Led end-to-end creative direction for branding, campaigns, event, and corporate communications. Managed and mentored a multidisciplinary creative team, aligning creative outputs with business strategy. Developed and implemented consistent visual systems across internal and external touchpoints, including launched TRUST (Tebar Raya Unified System of Tracking)
